Brian has been a residential builder and developer in Washtenaw County for over 35 years and has established an exceptional legacy building high-end, custom luxury homes. Brian has an innate commitment to excellence, non-compromising principles, and loyalty to the overall design and function of each home he builds. He has a passion and insight for the smallest of details and an ability to listen to and understand his client’s visions and desires.

As the company's President and General Contractor, Brian Robards takes great pride in personally overseeing each project, involved in every aspect of the construction, from start to finish. He takes a 'very personal' hands-on approach with every job he undertakes, as if it were truly his own home. That is why Brian chooses only to work on a select handful of projects at a time.

Brian and, his wife and business partner, Jodi Robards, collaborate closely with our clients to guide them through the entire building process. As our company’s internal administrator, Jodi manages the company’s financial organization and coordination of our client’s scheduling of selections. Jodi works closely with our clients to ensure selection timelines are met and that the client’s financials and budgets are communicated openly and with complete transparency.

Their son, Stephen Robards, joined the company in 2021 as Project Manager. Stephen comes highly skilled with a University of Michigan degree and consulting experience in both the private and public sectors. As the Project Manager, Stephen collaborates with and oversees the subcontractors, manages construction scheduling, and directs job-site management and execution. Stephen’s strengths lie in organization and communication, and his steadfast commitment to continue the legacy of excellence set forth by his father, carving a niche as one of the premier custom home builders in the area.

Each member of our team excels in their area of expertise with committed work ethic, honesty, and integrity. Brian not only demands this from himself and his staff, but from every subcontractor working on every project. Our subcontractors maintain and uphold Brian’s standard of craftmanship and character.
